I've spent the last decade working with the Microsoft technology stack, but I'm always looking for fun interop challenges. I've been involved with the manufacturing, healthcare, public policy and insurance industries since graduating from Carnegie Mellon University. I'm a gamer and I've been playing computer games and console games almost thirty years now. These days I am lucky enough to have children who love video games which gives me a chance to share some of my favorite things with them. Currently, I'm working through Forza, Fallout , and Dance Central. I love the Civilization series and my favorite game is Alpha Centauri

I love to read. My first job was at a bookstore, and I've always been an enthusiastic reader. You can see what I'm reading on LibraryThing. I'm currently working through the Mars Trilogy, and when I don't have time to read a novel, I'm perusing Longreads on my kindle.
